Dal 2020 Luca e Sonia hanno preso in gestione anche il Ristoro La Crosetta un locale storico in località Passo “La Crosetta", alle porte della piana del Cansiglio, per dargli nuova vita e trasformarlo in osteria/ristorante e punto vendita dei prodotti dell’azienda agricola. In posizione strategica, è la meta ideale per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike, che da qui possono partire per splendide escursioni lungo sentieri battuti o in mezzo al bosco, magari anche raggiungendo la Malga Fossa di Sarone, che si trova a soli 6 km.
L’ambiente è stato ristrutturato pur mantenendo il suo calore originario con la Stube, il Larin (il caminetto tradizionale friulano) e il pavimento alla veneziana. Tavoli e sedie tutti diversi, così come piatti e bicchieri colorati e spaiati restituiscono un’atmosfera unica ma familiare e di altri tempi. Qui, dopo lunghe camminate o dopo un’ escursione in bici in mezzo alla natura, potrete fare un break oppure godervi in un ambiente confortevole e accogliente uno dei nostri piatti della tradizione locale, cucinato dalle abili mani del cuoco seguendo le ricette tradizionali di una volta, quelle che meglio esaltano i sapori dei prodotti genuini locali. Since 2020 Luca and Sonia have also taken over the management of the “Ristoro la Crosetta”, an historic place in Passo la Crosetta, at the gates of Cansiglio plain, to give it new life and transform it into a restaurant/tavern and point of sale of their farm products.
In a strategic position, it’s the ideal destination for lovers of trekking and mountain biking, who from here can start for wonderful excursions along beaten paths and in the middle of the woods, perhaps even reaching the Malga Fossa di Sarone, which is located just 6km away.
The environment has been renovated while retaining its original warmth with the Stube, the Larin (the traditional friulian fire place) and the Venetian floor. Tables and chairs all different, as well as colourful and unpaired plates and glasses give a unique but familiar atmosphere of yesteryear. Here, after long walks or bike excursions in the middle of nature, you can take a break or enjoy in a comfortable and welcoming environment one of our local dishes, cooked by the skilled hands of the chef following the traditional recipes of the past, those that best enhance the flavours of genuine products.
After tasting the delights of our farm, such as cheeses and malga cured meats, you can’t help but take home a piece of the genuineness of Cansiglio and Friuli, choosing from the products of our farm and other local delights that you will find for sale here.

Quando abbiamo iniziato a gestire il ristoro la Crosetta per noi è stata una vera emozione, sia far rivivere questo locale storico che avere l’opportunità di trasmettere i sapori e le tradizioni del nostro territorio e di tutta l’area del Cansiglio. Considerate il ristorante come la base di partenza o di arrivo di meravigliose escursioni tra i boschi di faggio, tra i musei e le ampie distese verdeggianti con vista mozzafiato sulle prealpi Bellunesi. Le ricette ci sono state tramandate dai nostri avi, sia riguardo alla produzione di formaggi e salumi che per la realizzazione di piatti genuini e tipici. Noi le offriamo tali e quali a chiunque sia di passaggio e si stia gustando un weekend o una semplice giornata in questa zona tra Veneto e Friuli Venezia Giulia, un vero e proprio crocevia di sapori. I formaggi sono prodotti con il latte delle nostre mucche e le carni e i salumi provengono dai nostri allevamenti, tutti rigorosamente controllati per farvi scoprire il piacere di prodotti a km 0 sani e nutrienti.

It was a real emotion when we started the management of the “Ristoro la Crosetta”, both to revive this historical place and to have the opportunity to experience the flavours and traditions of our territory and all the Cansiglio area.
The restaurant is the starting and arrival point of wonderful excursions through the beech forest, museums and wide green expanses with breathtaking views of the Belluno Pre-Alps.
The recipes have been handed down to us by our ancestors, both for the productions of cheeses and cold cuts and for the realization of typical dishes. We offer them as they are to anyone passing through and enjoying a weekend or a simple day in this area between Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, a real crossroads of flavours.
The cheeses are produced with the milk of our cows and the meats and cold cuts come from our farm, all rigorously controlled to let you discover the pleasure of healthy and nutritious 0 km products.

La ristrutturazione del Ristoro della Crosetta continua e presto saranno disponibili anche le camere per il pernottamento, così da vivere un’esperienza completa tra natura, escursioni, sapori e sport sull’Altopiano del Cansiglio. Gli spazi si amplieranno per diventare sempre più un luogo di ritrovo per gli amanti della natura e della buona tavola, della cucina casalinga e dei nostri prodotti a km 0. L’obiettivo è proporre tutto l’anno solo il meglio sia con un menù ricco e variegato, frutto della tradizione che caratterizza il nostro territorio, che con un’accoglienza assolutamente unica. Dormire sul Cansiglio è un’esperienza a 360 gradi che catturerà tutti i sensi, dalla splendida vista di panorami mozzafiato ai sapori dei piatti del nostro Agrichef, dai profumi dei nostri prodotti a poter intraprendere lunghe e vivificanti camminate che partono proprio da qui.

The renovation of the “Ristoro la Crosetta” continues and soon the rooms will be available, so as to live a complete experience between nature, excursions, flavours and sports on the Altopiano del Cansiglio.
The spaces will expand to become increasingly a meeting place for lovers of nature and good food, homemade cuisine and our products at km 0.
The goal is to offer all year round only the best both with a rich and various menu, the result of the tradition that characterizes our territory, and with an absolutely unique welcome.
Sleeping in Cansiglio is a 360-degree experience that will capture all the senses, from the wonderful and breathtaking views to the flavours of the dishes of our Agrichef Luca Pancotto, from the scents of our products to being able to undertake long and invigorating walks that start from here.
